PickaSi (pickasi.com) is operated by JHK Concept, Inc., a Florida corporation, under the PickaSi name. By reading or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Reviews and scores are our opinions
Everything PickaSi publishes — reviews, scores, rankings, and recommendations — is our opinion, formed from our own documented, hands-on tests run under the protocol published on our How We Test page. A score is not a guarantee that a tool will perform the same way for your work, your prompts, or your budget.
Prices, terms, and features change
Vendors change their prices, plan terms, credit systems, and features without notice. We date what we verify and re-check on the cycle described on our How We Test page, but the figure that governs your purchase is always the vendor’s current one. Verify prices, terms, and limits with the vendor before you buy.
No endorsement; vendor names and marks
Naming or reviewing a product is not an endorsement of it, and a high or low score is not a statement by the vendor about us. All vendor and product names, logos, and trademarks on this site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products we actually tested and reviewed; their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by the vendor.
Affiliate links
Some links on PickaSi are affiliate links, and links that may earn us a commission are marked † wherever they appear. If you buy through a marked link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. A commission never changes a score or a ranking. Sponsored content
If we ever publish sponsored content, it will always be labeled “Sponsored.” Sponsored placement never affects a score or a ranking.
User submissions
PickaSi does not currently accept or publish user submissions or other user-generated content. If that changes, we will update these terms first.
Corrections
We correct errors openly, on the page where they appeared, with a note of what changed and when. Our process — and the running log of corrections — is on our Corrections page.
Limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JHK Concept, Inc. and PickaSi are not liable for any damages — including purchase decisions, subscription costs, or lost work — arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published here. Our tests document what happened when we ran a tool, on the dates shown; they are not a promise about what the tool will do next.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The date below always shows the latest revision, and the current version is the one that applies.
